By entering into and remaining on these premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your wash service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not accept these conditions, please leave these premises immediately.

Sparklers Car Wash will abide by its obligations pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms and conditions should not be taken to limit those obligations.

In order to limit the loss or damage to your property….

Please ensure:

1. Your vehicle’s windows and sunroof (if applicable) are closed.
2. Any personal items are removed from your vehicle.
3. If your vehicle has automatic door locks or any aftermarket alterations or modifications, that you have completed and returned a Care Instruction form to the operator prior to the provision of any services.

Forms are avialable from the operator

If you request the provision of car washing and related services (collectively, services) from the operator of this Hand Car Wash Business (operator) and the operator agrees to provide those services, you and the operator are agreeing that, subject to any rights you have by law that cannot be waived, neither the operator nor Hand Car Wash is liable, and you will not bring any action or claim against either of them, in respect of any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you in connection with the provision or services by the operator. Without limiting the above, this includes any loss or damage to your vehicle or other personal property. NO refundable policy. Any error in cleaning service will be fixed within 24 hours.
